The PCC/PSU Summer Insti tute is an educational forum for Pennsylvania high school and college age youth. Summer Insti tute utilizes a workshop and idea exchange format to educate youth about the way cooperatives do business. Each year guest speakers present workshops on current high profile issues, such as biotechnology, genetic engi neering, rural/urban interface and agricultural economics. Two FFA Members To Attend Coop Conference The Pennsylvania Council of Cooperatives Summer Institute June 24-27 was a week-long con ference of learning about cooper atives. Two members of the Big Spring FFA, Bernie Nace and Mark Fulton, were selected to at tend the National Institute of Co operative Education Conference in Atlanta, Ga. from July 21-26.
