of a test for a comparison. Slaughter
cows traded mixed; fleshy types trended
steady to 2.00 higher while leaner types
were steady to 1.00 lower. Slaughter
bulls were mostly 1.00-2.00 lower on a
thin test.
SLAUGHTER COWS: Breakers 75-
80% lean over 1400 lbs 48.25-53.00.
Boners 80-85% lean over 1200 lbs 44.00-
48.00 Lean (Hi-Yield) 85-88% lean over
1200 lbs 42.25-45.00, low dressing 35.85-

Grade 1 slaughter bulls steady to 1.00
lower on heavier weights; Yield Grade 2
not adequately tested for a comparison.
Supply included 49 percent slaughter
