(from 25.9 cents if purchased in
2000) and 30.9 cents per gallon for
kerosene and diesel fuel purchased
on or after Jan. 1, 2001 (from 30.8
cents if purchased in 2000).
Each claim must include copies of
paid receipts or a statement from the
fuel dealer that shows the number of
