Flail Mowers SALINA, Kan. Land Pride Flail Mowers, FM2O, FM3O and FM4O Series, are designed to ful fill a variety of needs from grass cutting to shredding prunings. These are the perfect choice for schools and other recreational areas where people may be present. With the rotor working in the opposite direction of travel, the cut grass is brought up and over the rotor for a more uniform dispersal of clippings. The 30 Series Flail Mower offers 3/16-inch deck material and utilizes a threaded rod to easily offset the hitch by nearly eight-inches. The cast iron gear box incorporates an over running clutch that enables the rotor to swing free to a stop when the tractor PTO has been turned off. The rear gate of the mower can be opened for easier discharge in heavy conditions, or left closed for greater mulch ing capabilities.
