Movement of ready-to-cook whole
birds was about moderate with the bulk
of activity relagated to standing commit
ments. Offerings continued to vary from
plant to plant by both size and volume,
but remained fully sufficient for current
inquiry. Live supplies were mostly mod
erate; weights were irregularly light to
heavy. Processing schedules were mod
erate to moderately heavy. Less than
trucklot asking prices were unchanged
at 53 to 67 cents. Trade sentiment was
mostly steady Wings were firm and
wanted. Leg items were clearing satisfac
torily. Bone-in breasts were m a closer
better balanced position; boneless skin
less remained ample.
