Slight gains in grain and soybean do
mestic markets today. Wet weather re
mains in Corn Belt areas and lower crop
ratings in wheat fields lending strength
to bids. Bids were higher across the
Board, Wheat 1 to 4 cents higher, Corn 1
to 4 cents higher, Sorghum 3 cents
higher and Soybean bids 2 to 7 cents
higher.
Wheat bids bounce slightly higher on
news of lower crop rating in winter
wheat growing areas. Corn bids higher
as wet weather remains supportive.
Lower 2001 corn planted acreage and
wet planting slowing down field work
