Trading was only fair, although interest on whites improved. Offerings on whole were adequate to fully adequate and at least adequate on yolks. The undertone was unsettled as offerings on whites were short, balance of other items were irregular. Liquid and frozen eggs (ingredients included) pro cessed under federal inspection in the Eastern region for the week ending Jan uary 20, 2001 were 1% more than last week, but 8 % less than a year ago.
