Treasurer Paul Wolgemuth Jr. reported net assets of $759,830. Luke Brubaker, president of the organization, said that the smooth workings of the founda tion are the result of many peo pie working together. He com mended the significant contributions of J. Leroy Esben shade, who oversees the building and maintenance committee; Shirley Wagner, who oversees the master gardeners flower and landscaping efforts; Raymond Brubaker, custodian for 30 years; and two couples who assist in keeping the building clean, Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Nissley and Mr. and Mrs. Warren Witmer. Directors elected or re-elected at the meeting include Luke Bru baker, who also serves as presi dent; Ruth Bushong, J. Northampton 4-H Takes First In Potato Judging HARRISBURG (Dauphin Co.) Both the A and B teams of Northamp ton County 4-H took first place in potato grading at the 85th Pennsylvania State Farm Show. Joe Hiensicker of Northampton Coun ty won the individual high honors award. In the A team competition, Adams County took second place and Lehigh County took third. In the B team division, Lehigh County took second. Ironically, both scores for the B teams from North ampton and Lehigh counties were higher than the counties' A team. Individually, Tra vis Hahn and Chrissy Van Shoick of North ampton County won second and third place respectively. The competition consists of three parts uniform market quality, grading, and naming potato de fects. 11
