Movement of ready-to-cook whole
birds remained seasonally light and
unaggressive, but was sufficient to satis
factorily clear seller offerings. Live sup
plies were about moderate; weights were
in a full range of light to heavy. Process
ing schedules varied and were
moderately heavy in total. Less than
trucklot asking prices were 1 cent higher
at 48 to 62 cents. Trade sentiment was
firm. In the parts complex, supplies of
bone-in breasts were readily available.
Boneless skinless breast were fully ade
quate. Leg items were fully adequate to
ample and wings remained short and
wanted.
