best into holiday feature activity. Sup

Movement of ready-to-cook whole
birds' was dull as activity centered
around turkeys and other items more
typically traded in advance of the up
coming thanksgiving holiday. Offerings
were irregularly balanced, but more than
sufficient for current inquiry Live sup
plies were seasonally light to moderate;
weights were mixed in a full range of
light to heavy. Processing schedules were
light as operations continued to be re
duced in line with fewer needs. Less than
trucklot asking prices were unchanged
at 55 to 69 cents. Trade sentiment was
about steady. Wings and gizzards
cleared satisfactorily. Other cuts were
fully adequate or ample.
