First-year leaders receiving a bronze clover pin were Connie Barra and Carol Morton. Five- year leaders receiving a silver clover lapel were Kimberly Black and Mary Lynn Martin. Ronald Funt, Arendtsville; Harry and Mary Jane Hilbert, Littlestown; and Judy Sterner, Gettyburg, were recognized for 20 years of service and received a plaque and a diamond center clo ver pin. Alan Zepp received a silver tray and a clover lapel pin with an emerald center for 25 years of dedicated service. Bonnie Kuntz received a silver bowl and gold lapel pin with a ruby center for 30 years of service. Helen Rex re ceived a 4-H gold ladies watch and gold lapel pin with a five point diamond center for 40 years of volunteer service. Teresa Murren was honored for 55 years of service as a 4-H volunteer leader with a pearl centered gold clover pin, dinner for two at Hickory Bridge Farm Restau rant, a pot of orchids, and a framed picture collage. The Adams County 4-H pro gram honored Dick Oneto with their 2000 Individual “Partner in 4-H” recognition. Over the years, Oneto worked with many 4-H members and leaders in the Heidlersburg 4-H Club. Oneto’s most recent support was coordinating the applesauce, vinegar, and pickles for the 4-H chicken barbecues. For more than 14 years, Oneto has been in volved in many different aspects of the Adams County 4-H pro gram.
