The bulk of this week’s ad vance came late in the week where sev eral attractive lots were on offer. Midwestern fat cattle sold steady from mostly 68.00 live and 10S.00-106.00 dressed. Local Holstein steer demand was good this week and prices closed .75 higher. Slaughter heifer prices closed steady. Slaughter bulls finished the week steady to 1.00 higher and slaughter cows closed steady to 1.00 lower. Supply in cluded 30 percent slaughter steers, 4 per cent slaughter heifers, 42 percent cows, 9 percent bulls with the balance feeders.
