Demand improved and Was fairly good for yolks, but somewhat slow on whites. Supplies were about adequate to ade quate, however sellers were more confi dent on markets. The undertone was about steady on whites, but fully steady to firm on balance. Liquid and frozen eggs (ingredients included) processed under federal inspection in the Eastern region for the week ending July 22,2000 were 3% less than last week, but 10 % more than a year ago.
