Demand was fair but not active for immediate movement and im proved for future shipments. Supplies were irregular, but sellers were showing a little more confidence. Undertone was improved and usually reported as fully steady. Liquid and frozen eggs (ingred ients included) processed under federal inspection in the Eastern region for the week ending July IS, 2000 were 14 % more than last week, and 9 % more than a year ago.
