Elwood & Doloros Day
Featured recently on a postcard for Somerset County, this pictur
esque farm is owned by Elwood and Doloros Day of Friedens. The Days
have one daughter, Cindy, who is their “right hand man” on the 350-
acre farm, where they milk 60 cows with about 40 replacement heifers.
Along with caring for their herd of primarily Holsteins, the Days also
take pride in landscaping the farm and keeping things beautiful for the
public.
