Diane Walton Neyhard
Star-Tover Farm is owned by Diane Walton Neyhard from Milton.
She and her son Jim operate the 117-acre farm, where they milk 14
cows. The farm was purchased by Neyhard and her husband in 1969.
However, when her husband died suddenly in 1997, Neyhard took a
break from milking, sold the herd, and kept the heifers. Within the next
year, she hopes to be back up to the herd’s original size of 20 cows.
Her son renamed the farm Star-Tover in 1998 to signify that they were
“starting over’’ in farming.
