birds was light to fair at best. Seller
offerings were fully adequate to ample
and were generally more readily avail
able on the larger sizes. Live supplies
were at least moderate; weights were
mostly desirable to heavy. Less than
trucklot asking prices were unchanged
at S 3 to 65 cents. Trade sentiment was
generally no better than steady. Inquiry
for whole breasts increased and offerings
continued to tighten. Wings and tenders
continued to clear satisfactorily. Other
items were at least adequate for immedi

developing for future shipments. Sup
plies were irregular, but mostly fully
adequte for trade needs. Undertone was
unsettled but some improvement was
noted. liquid and frozen eggs (ingred
ients included) processed under federal
inspection in the Eastern region for the
week ending July 08, 2000 were 6 % less
than last week, but 1 % more than a year
ago.
