The Northumberland County Conservation District
is requesting bids for the construction ot an
Agncultuial Waste Storage Structure Project to be
funded in part by the Chesapeake Bay Program.
Constiuction of this project is expected to begin
around middle ot August 2000, The site is located in
Easts Chillisquaque Township, Northumberland
County, PA
Prospective contractors will receive a bid package
consisting of instructions to bidders, a bid sheet, and
project plans and construction specifications A
sample contract foim, construction specification A
sample contract form, construction specifications and
other information standard to most Chesapeake Bay
Program projects are now contained in the April
2000, Contractor’s Handbook, a copy ot which may
be obtained from the Northumberland County
Conservation District Office. Contractors bidding on
this project are expected to have m their possession
and use the manual to carry out this contract
