Well finished cattle have been in short supply of late and buyers were aggressive for those types, but average quality steers were only moderately active. Holstein steer prices were steady and slaughter heifers were only lightly tested. Slaughter cows sold fully .50 higher and slaughter bulls remained active and traded 1.00 higher.
