Doug and Greg McCulloh of Franklin County expanded
their dairy operation after son Greg decided to return to
the farm. Now at 220 cows, they haven’t ruled out future
expansions on the farm because the economics of scale

Brandan Wagner has always been described as good
looking, great personality, strong, and determined. Now
“inspiring” has been added to the description. Two years
ago, Brandan was paralyzed from the waist down, but that
hasn’t stopped him from doing much of the 700 acres of
field work and the mechanical repair on the family’s Berks
