Recommendations for Using Roundup Ultra
in Roundup Ready ® Soybeans
Start dean!
- ALWAYS use a burndown in full season soybeans.
- In double crop, burndown if needed.
Plant in as narrow a row as possible .
- The faster the crop canopy the better!

Apply I quart/acre Roundup Ultra as close to crop canopy closure
as is practical .

-Weeds are usually 4-8" tall and it is 3-5 weeks after planting.
- If weeds are greater than 8", use I-5 qts.
- Use 1.5-2 qts/A for perennial weeds.
- Apply a second application of Roundup Ultra if needed for later
germinating weeds.
