Combine all ingredients. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Use a 2-quart casserole dish. My husband and I farm about 250 acres. We live on a dairy farm and milk about 40 COM’s. We have two children, 2 years and 5 months. This is one of our favor ite casseroles. It doesn’t take long to make. Turn on floured board and roll Vi-inch thick. Cut into one-inch wide strips. A pizza cutter works well for this. Melt Vi cup butter in 9x13- inch pan. Roll each strip dough in butter to coat and lay in pan. Let rise one to four hours for best results (rising isn’t neces sary but makes better bread sticks). Bake at 375 degrees for 16-18 minutes. Serve warm, plain or with jelly or jam. Mix two small packages instant coconut cream pud ding and V/i cups milk. Add half gallon vanilla ice cream. Pour on top of crumbs. Top with whipped cream topping and sprinkle with flaked coconut or crumbled Ritz crackers. May be frozen or refrigerated, de pending on whether you wish to cut it or spoon it from the pan. Mary Byers Millerstown FRESH PEACH ICECREAM 4-6 cups soft, ripe peaches, mashed thoroughly (12-15 peaches) Vi pint heavy cream 1 pint light cream or half and half IVi to 2 13-ounce cans evapo rated milk 2 cups sugar, separated Mix mashed peaches with 1 cup sugar and blend until dis solved. Combine creams and evaporated milk and another cup of sugar. Stir until thor oughly blended and sugar is dis solved. Carefully combine both mixtures and pour into one gallon freezer can. Churn until firm. Remove dasher and pack until ready to serve. This recipes comes from a Florence, S.C. cookbook. The recipe is easy to make and tastes very good. This is one ice cream that is just as delicious one month after it is made as it is the day you make it.
