Majority prices on trucklot trading
were unchanged on whites, and usually
unchanged to higher on other items
when compared to last week’s values.
Offerings were adequate on whites.
However, yolks and whole product were
reported as in close balance to adequate
for requirements. The undertone im
proved and was steady on whites, and
full steady on balance. Liquid and frozen
eggs (ingredients included) processed
under federal inspection in the Eastern
region for the week ending June 03,2000
were 33 % more than last week, and 44
% more than a year ago.

cient for current inquiry. Live supplies
were at least moderate; weights were In a
full range of light to heavy, mostly desir
able to heavy. Processing schedules were
moderately heavy. Less than trucklot
asking prices were unchanged at 56 to 68
cents. Trade sentiment was about
steady. In the parts complex, wings were
about adequate and clearing . All other
items were fully sufficient for the gener
ally light demand.
