On July 6, the Milk Mar keting Board will conduct a pub lic hearing for Milk Marketing Area 3 for the purpose of receiv ing evidence concerning min imum prices milk dealers shall pay to producers for various classes of milk; minimum prices milk dealers shall charge for milk, including prices to be charged to wholesale customers such as stores, restaurants, and institutions; discounts; and min imum prices to be charged to consumers for milk sold for con sumption off the premises. Each school offers at least 10 classes of ani mals to judge. The cost of the school is $25.00 for those staying handling costs; reasonable profit margins for milk dealers and stores; and adoption of a cost re placement system, including whether in-store handling costs should be a part of that system. The hearing will be held at 8:30 a.m. in Room 202 of the Ag riculture Building, 2301 North Cameron Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Milk Marketing Area 3 con sists of the twenty northeastern counties Potter, Tioga, Brad ford, Susquehanna, Wayne, Pike, Monroe, Carbon, Schuylkill, Northumberland, Snyder, Union, Clinton, Lycoming, Sullivan, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Lu zerne, Columbia, and Montour. overnight, this includes school costs, hotel room and evening meal. For those that commute, the cost is $15.00 which covers school cost and the evening meal. This year, a second member of the same fami ly who attends will receive a $5.00 discount off their registra tion fee.
