Offerings were reported as in close balance to occa sionally available. Buying interest im proved but sellers were cautious at prevailing price levels. The undertone was mixed. Liquid and frozen eggs (ingredients included) processed under federal inspection in the Eastern region for the week ending May 27,2000 were 4 % less last week, and 2 % less than a year ago.
