Demand good for feeders. Stockers and calves steady to 2.00 lower with good demand. Quality plain to average, few attractive. Weigh-ups average to full, few gaunt. Feeder cattle in medium to fleshy condi tions. Slaughter cows and bulls steady to 1.00 lower. Packers took a larger per centage of cows, but with only moderate demand. Total of 340 cows and bulls sold with 65 percent to packers. Receipts this week 11,825; last week 2,856; last year 17,085 Supply consisted of 82 percent year lings over 600 lbs, 18 percent calves under 600 lbs Heifers comprised 45 per cent of feeder and calf supply.
