Prices for Grade AA butter at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange rose from $1 2650 per pound on Monday, May 22 to $1 27 on Wednesday, May 24 to $1 37 on Friday, May 26 Cream is priced as a multiple to butter prices. Higher butter prices have made cream more expensive.
