The York County Conservation District is requesting bids for the
construction of an AGRICULTURAL WASTE STORAGE SYSTEM
to be funded in part by the Chesapeake Bay Program
Construction of this project is expected to begin during July
2000 The site is located in Dover Township, York County
Prospective contractors will receive a bid package containing
instructions to bidders, a sample contract form, the plans and
specifications for the project and a bid sheet
This bid package was prepared using the April 2000
"Contractor’s Handbook- Pennsylvania Chesapeake Bay
Program" Contractors bidding on this project are expected to
have in their possession and use this manual to carry out this
contract Those contractors who do not possess a copy of the
manual may obtain one from the Conservation District
responsible for this project
