FEDERAL STATE Majority prices on whole eggs were ir regular, majority values on other items were unchanged when compared to last week’s values. Offerings were usually re ported as adequate on yolks and whites but generally available on whole. The undertone was steadier but somewhat unsettled. Liquid and frozen eggs (ingredients included) processed under federal inspection in the Eastern region for the week ending May 06, 2000 were 3 % less than last week, and 5 % less than a year ago.
