Prices were unchanged. The market
tone was in a full range of steady to
weak, mostly barely steady. Demand
was light to moderately good, with best
interest noted where feature were either
in progress or planned. Supplies were
generally adequate or available on larger
sizes, and adequate but usually workable
on lighter sizes. Breaking stock interest
was irregular but generally fair for offer
ings that were fully adequate for current
needs. Light type hens were generally
ample for slaughter schedules.
