The sale started slow on mixed quality cattle, but trading turned active on the good bunches of well-finished cattle and ended on a strong note. A very attractive supply of Holstein steers traded firm to 1.00 higher. Slaughter cow trends were mixed, fleshy cows sold unevenly steady and the leaner types (over 85 pet lean) traded .50-1.00 and instances 2.00 higher.
