Farm Women 8 met on March 1
at the Mount Joy Culinary Arts
Center for lunch. Members
toured the Milanof-Schock Li
brary in Mount Joy. A brief busi
ness meeting was held in the
library’s community room.
On March 8, members trav
eled to Willow Street where they
were luncheon guests of Society
22. Elva Hurst, chalk artist, pre
sented a drawing and a message
on farm memories.
The next meeting will be held
at Reich’s Church, Stackstown
Rd., Maytown, on April 12 at 1
p.m. After dessert, a business
meeting will be conducted.
