THIS WEEK W 1
Spring Forward!
Daylight Saving Time is upon us once again at 2:00
a.m on Sunday, April 2. Spring forward (in October,
it was “Fall back’” remember?) by setting the clocks
an hour ahead before you retire for the night on All Fools.
April seems like the appropriate month for adjusting
timepieces. From the Latin aperio, for “I open,” April is a
month dedicated to the budding and flowering of new
things. In the age-old Alban calendar, April marked the
first month of the year and contained 36
spring days. In the time of Romulus, April (k
took second place in the calendar lineup
and lost 6 days, but it had fallen to
fourth in line (and been shortened to /
29 days) well before Julius Caesar
took charge. He put it back to 30
days, at least.
In April Rome was founded;
Shakespeare died

Pro-Lix Liquid Cattle Feed Supplements are available from our
dealership! Now, feeding your cattle supplements has never been
easier! We'll provide you with a quality Pro-Lix product and feed your
cattle for you!
Pro-Lix Supplements can provide you with many benefits. Lick wheel
feeding allows 24 hour availability to all cattle. Research indicates that
Pro-Lix improves digestion rates and forage consumption on poor
quality roughage. Pro-Lix is a nutrient dense product that takes the
effort out of feeding a supplement. Free-choice liquid supplements
eliminate the "boss cow" syndrome and allows animals to balance their
own nutrient intake. Pro-Lix is an economical source of nutrients that
will fill the nutritional gaps in your forage program.
Best of all, Pro-Lix works with all types of pasture grass or forage,
as a free-choice supplement, a top-dressing, or a ration mix.
