T “ “The chocolate milk retail, category offers enormous growth,” says Plymesser. “Market research indicates the more consumers buy chocolate milk, the faster they are back in the store to buy even more.” He adds that chocolate milk sales increased nearly 12 percent na tionally in 1999, compared to the year before. 1 Why the growth?
