Prices generally trended unchanged to
lower when compared to a week earlier,
however whites were in the best position.
Trading was light as buyers wait on (hither
market developments. The undertone was
unsettled and somewhat cautious. Liquid
and frozen eggs (ingredients included) pro
cessed under federal inspection in the East
ern region for the week ending February
19,2000 were 3% more than last week, and
unchanged when compared to a year ago.
Shell egg supplies were fully adequate for
full trade needs.
