Students Awarded $B,OOO In Scholarships

ford Co.) - Emily Bryant,
Honesdale, received the Lew
Campbell $2,000 Memorial
Scholarship award at the annual
meeting of Sire Power, last
month. Emily, a fourth year
food science student at Penn
State University, expects to
graduate in May, and she plans
a career in quality assurance or
product development in dairy
processing.
During her undergraduate
studies at Penn State, Emily
served as the vice president of
the Food Science Club. In addi
tion, she was involved in the
Coaly Society, the food product'
development team, the Institute
of Food Technologists, and in
intramural activities. Her par
ents are William and Debra
Bryant.

dents during the meeting. In
