Demand was mixed for irregular offerings. The undertone was firm on whites, barely steady on whole, and weak on yolks. Liquid and frozen eggs (ingredients included) processed under federal inspection in the Eastern region for the week ending January 22. 2000 were 6 % less than last week, and 1 % less than a year ago.
