USDA Seeks Nominations For National Fluid Milk Board WASHINGTON, D.C. The USDA is asking daily processors to nominate, candidates for the National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board. Nominees for all regional positions and at least one at-large position must be active owners or employees of a fluid milk processor. The other at-large position may be filled by a member of the general public. The geo graphic regions are: Region 3 (Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylva nia, Virginia, and the District of Columbia); Region 6 (Ohio and West Virginia); Region 9 (Alaba ma, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missis sippi and Tennessee); Region 12 (Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah); and Region IS (Southern California).
