Make an arc over each eyebrow, a smile under each cheekbone, and a minute dot on either side of the nose at eye level. Be careful not to get any in the eye. The arcs follow the sinus cavities and the nose dots encourage.watering through tear ducts, which are a natural drain for sin uses. This method works wonders for any sinus con gestion Catherine gets, including colds. The other alternative Catherine recommends are Breathe Right strips, which she found works marvels for cold and nasal congestion for herself and her children. (Turn to P«g«rB1t)
