sale steady to .50 higher, but even with a
short supply this advance lost and price
closed weak to mostly .50 lower. Hol
stein steers remained strong through the
week and closed mostly .50 higher.
Slaughter heifers steady to 50 higher.
Cows mostly 1.00 higher, extremes 1.50
higher. Small supply bulls near steady.
Supply included 27 percent slaughter
steers, 6 percent slaughter heifers, 50
percent slaughter cows, 5 percent bulls,
with the balance feeders.
