When Prissels decided to expand their >
dairy operation, they also wanted
to milk available tax advant
Randy, Dennis, Brian and Scott Prissel, Prlssel Valley Farms, Durand, Wisconsin
Prissels chose a “True Tax” lease. In fact, they leased a milking
parlor, free stall barns, silos and other farm equipment. Along with fixed
and 100% tax deductible lease payments, the leases protected their
equity ratios by providing off balance sheet financing.
They chose Telmark for its knowledge of the dairy industry,
service and reputation for financing. They also enjoyed
working with their Telmark representative who
personally knows the ups and downs of farming.
By financing with a lease, terms were kept to a
minimum, allowing for the continued growth of the
operation. Telmark’s quick response allowed the
Prissels to move quickly into their dairy expansion.
For a financing source that’s been listening to
farmers for over 35 years, contact your local Telmark representative
