CATTLE Compared to Thursday,
slaughter steers sold steady to 50
higher Sales started out rather slow on
Monday, but by Tuesday's good offering
buyers were aggressive and trading was
active Holstein steer prices werefirm and
slaughter heifers were not well tested
Slaughter cows sold 50-100 higher,
instances 200 higher on the big fleshy
cows Slaughter bulls traded fully steady
but top quality bulls were not tested
Supply included 37 percent slaughter
steers and 55 percent slaughter cows
