Schools Offer Cool the coldest milk possible. The schools were identified during the recent “Totally Cool Milk Temperature Study” con ducted by the Dairy Council with Middle Atlantic school dis tricts The temperature study required schools to monitor milk and cooler temperatures for three consecutive days.
