FEDERAL STATE Values were mostly unchanged, although trading was slightly lower on yolks. Offerings were adequate for the light demand. The undertone was mixed but usually steady to weak. Liquid and fro zen eggs (ingredients included) processed under federal inspection in the Eastern reg ion for the week ending December 04, 1999 were 11% more than last week, and 12% less than a year ago.
