nationally-recognized artist Donna Albert combines many
techniques to showcase The Garden Spot of the World:
Lancaster County. Albert used applique, heat fusion,
embroidery, color, and dimension in the design that
includes an Amish quilt motif, appliques of the Ephrata
Cloister, pretzels with mustard; corn, cow, livestock, and
other items representative of the county.

and to work for laws that would
allow annual tax breaks to fanners,

The Trust has 2,000 members.
Last year the Trust spent $600,000
to preserve the easement value of
s2'/« million of farm land.
