Easy Lemon-Pepper Chicken
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons cracked black
peppercorns
1 tablespoon chopped
parsley
1 teaspoon salt
4 boneless chicken breasts,
skinned
lemon slices, for garnish
Combine first five ingre
dients. Pierce chicken
breasts with a fork and
pour the marinade over
