National Egg Market ATLANTA, GA SEPTEMBER 15, 1999 NATIONAL EGO MARKET - AT A GLANCE Prices were generally unchanged on the larger sizes, but lower on mediums in New York, Philadelphia, and Chicago. The market tone was mixed and tanged from cautiously steady on larger sizes to barely steady and weak on lighter weights. Demand was unaggressive but generally fair as movement was reported in a foil range of light to good. Some locations reported that retail demand had Improved from early week business. Grade loose large was adequate to available, mediums were irregular but available. Breaking stock supplies were sufficient even though interest had improved. However, in the Central region checks and undergtades were trending lower.
