It was sold to David R. Zook, New Holland, for $625,000. The second property, at 367 Linden Grove Road, Ephrata (Voganville) included a 2-1/2 story log house and a small bam - both in need fo repairs - on a 1.27 acre lot. It was laos purchased by David R.
