KOONS SALE A public sale of real estate, antiques and farm equipment was held Saturday by Horst Auctioneers for Harry M. and Carolyn K. Koons. Three hundred and sixty registered bidders attended the auction on Snow Drive in Bethel Township, Lebanon County. The real estate, which consisted of a 72-acrc farm with a 2-1/2-story stone and sided dwelling, along with a stone and sided dwelling, along with a stone and frame bank bam and other out buildings, sold for $480,000 to Glen Litzenberger, Lebanon. Items in the sale consist ed of an oak bowed comer china closet, $2700; an oak extension table $650: a schoolmaster’s desk $360, a Victorian rocker, $150; a broad-back rocking chair $130; a feed chest, $180; a flour chest $210; a ginger bread mantle closk $110; and a highchair $lOO.
