acquired Central Fabricators,
Inc. and Alitec Corporation in
two separate transactions.
Central Fabricators, based in
Schofield, Wis., manufactures a
line of pin-on excavator buckets
and Alitec, based in
Brownsburg, Ind., manufactures
a line of patented hydraulic pow
ered attachments for the skid
steer market.
